In Arizona, any THC or metabolite in your blood is DUI. The medical marijuana laws carry an exception, but it is poorly worded and it may not work. A marijuana DUI conviction carries a 1 year revocation of your license, much worse than the 90 day suspension in an alcohol DUI case.
