I was pulled over and arrested for DUI of marijuana. Will my license be suspended thus preventing me from operating a vehicle? If so, what else might the consequences be?

In Arizona, any THC or metabolite in your blood is DUI. The medical marijuana laws carry an exception, but it is poorly worded and it may not work. A marijuana DUI conviction carries a 1 year revocation of your license, much worse than the 90 day suspension in an alcohol DUI case. If you are in Arizona, you should consult with a lawyer well versed in both DUI law and medical marijuana law.
