If I'm out on bail and the DA adds a charge to my existing charges will I be arrested at my next court appearance in CA?
Will they take me to jail if another new charge is added to existing charges that I'm already out on bail for?

Not likely. They would have to show a substantial change in circumstances to do so. You should hire an attorney if you haven't already done so.

They might. But, they would have to show changed circumstances. The new charge wouldn't really qualify unless its consideerably more serious. (e.g. you were arrested for petty theft and then charged with murder)

I am making regular monthly payments on the my bail bond. But my bondsman is now requesting a higher monthly amount than I can pay. Can he have my bail revoked if I am making payments as scheduled?

Do the police have a time limit as to charging me with a crime?
I was arrested yesterday for being drunk in public. After I was booked into jail and while i was still in the holding cell, the police contacted me about 4 hours later and told me they had found a baggie of marijuana tucked into the back of the police car where i was sitting. Can this be upheld?
