If first trial it was a hung jury, in second trial can you bring up that there was a trial already?
I went to trial and it was a hung jury. Can I bring up the fact that the first trial ended up in a hung jury?

Last year I pled guilty to disturbing the peace as an infraction. I know an infraction is not a real big thing to have on my record, but I would like to have it taken off if I can. Can infractions be expunged or only misdemeanors or felonies?

I am making regular monthly payments on the my bail bond. But my bondsman is now requesting a higher monthly amount than I can pay. Can he have my bail revoked if I am making payments as scheduled?
