Need help getting criminal histiory of duis 26 years old exlunged
Made a mistake 26 years ago and now that have retired 23 years as pressman @ AustinAmerican Ststesman am haveing dificulty getting part time job because of past mistakes
Have gotten new finger print and history of criminal history but do not know were to go from here
Can you give me some advice. need to find part time job and think i will have better chance if duis were explunged.

Yesterday I received a subpoena to appear before a Grand Jury. I would like to have a lawyer with me when I go. Is this allowed? Or could I have a lawyer appear for me?

I am making regular monthly payments on the my bail bond. But my bondsman is now requesting a higher monthly amount than I can pay. Can he have my bail revoked if I am making payments as scheduled?
