What should I do if I was arrested for DUI but I only had one glass of wine? I didn't even gt a breath test!
Not sure what to do!

DUI questions are complicated, and the law is different in different states. The police will have to prove you are impaired to some degree to convict you of DUI. The breath test would show a level of alcohol in your blood. Without the test, they will rely on your driving, your actions after being stopped, any admissions you made, and the results of the roadside tests they performed. Last year I pled guilty to disturbing the peace as an infraction. I know an infraction is not a real big thing to have on my record, but I would like to have it taken off if I can. Can infractions be expunged or only misdemeanors or felonies?

I am making regular monthly payments on the my bail bond. But my bondsman is now requesting a higher monthly amount than I can pay. Can he have my bail revoked if I am making payments as scheduled?
