Distinguished by Pasadena Magazine as a “2010 Top Attorney,” Phil Hache represents clients in California state and federal criminal matters, including misdemeanors (with a focus on DUI cases) and felony charges. Along with having a good understanding of criminal matters and Court procedures, he has been trained in forensic toxicology which he puts to good use when handling DUI and other Drug related offenses. Mr. Hache graduated from the University of Hartford in the top of his class as a member of the Alpha Chi Honorary Society, with an honorary rank of Magna Cum Laude. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA where he received several first honors awards and finished with a 3.46 G.P.A. After passing the California Bar Exam on his first attempt, Mr. Hache was recruited by several DUI and criminal offense attorneys to represent clients on criminal matters throughout Southern California on misdemeanor and felony matters including DUI’s and other related traffic violations, drug cases, theft cases, prostitution cases, juvenille matters and numerous violent offenses.
