Orange County Criminal and Federal Defense

Costa Mesa
Criminal Defense Lawyer

I have been a criminal defense attorney for over years and have defended every type of criminal case, including driving under the influence, theft, three strikes, domestic violence, gang cases, homicides and white collar crime. I spent five years specializing in defending aggravated white collar crime cases while a Senior Deputy Public Defender in charge of the Major Fraud Unit. I worked closely with my clients and aggressively litigated cases. I have handled thousands of cases during all stages of criminal prosecution and welcome the opportunity to go to trial. I have extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts, having tried over 60 criminal jury trials. I take pride in being a tenacious and effective criminal defense trial lawyer who has no fear in the courtroom.
