Come join CACJ for an intensive, hands-on workshop on cross-examination. This is the first workshop of its kind in the state. Whether you are a law student, a new lawyer, or someone who just wants to im-prove your cross-examination skills, this workshop will help you develop or improve the most difficult trial skill to master: cross-examination. You will learn invaluable techniques to control run-away witnesses, and develop facts helpful to your theory of the case. You will be shown artful examination by a master, then you will be coached for the majority of the day as you perform cross-examinations under the guidance of masterful cross-examiners. You will learn why lawyers lose control of cross-examinations, and be given the tools to become successful at this skill. The information in this seminar will be useful throughout your career. This workshop will provide you with the tools and confidence to skillfully confront even the most artful dodgers.
